Shipping & Returns

Shipping Your Order :

We ship all orders with  from our shop in St.John's, Newfoundland. It is our goal to get them to your doorstep within two weeks of your order date.

However, there can sometimes be delays. If two weeks have passed since you placed your order and you have not yet received your purchase or heard from us, please let us know! We track all our shipments and would be happy to look into your order for you.

Gifts:

Want to send a gift direct to someone and have the invoice sent to you? When viewing your cart, in the "Special Instructions for Seller," comment that this is a gift. Then fill out the Billing Address as your address and fill in the Shipping Address of the person you want to receive the gift. We’ll send the gift to the lucky person and the invoice to you!

Order Pick Up:

Want to pick up your order instead of having it shipped? You can do that!

Simply choose the "Customer Pick Up" option when selecting your Shipping Method. We'll get your order ready for you and you can pick it up at our shop during our regular shop  hours. 

Returns: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, any regular price merchandise in its original condition with tags can be returned within 30 days of the order date for exchange or store credit only (no refunds). We require that you provide your proof of purchase when returning an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, however Relic Supply will cover the shipping on the exchange order. All discounted items are final sale.
